Bernie works diligently with MBT’s medical clients to develop and maintain accounting systems and provide general business consulting services. She also provides tax return preparation and accounting services. Bernie obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Alaska – Fairbanks and has over 32 years of experience in public accounting – with over 23 of those years at MBT.

Bernie grew up in the state of Alaska where she spent 27 years before she and her husband made Washington their home. She has a deep passion and appreciation for music, attending as many concerts as she can and enjoys playing blues on the piano. She also has a love for reading, which includes listening to audiobooks while commuting, at the gym or spending time at home.
