Debbie Bircher

Office Manager

As office manager, Debbie plays the dual role of providing assistance and services to our clients while also managing the day-to-day operations at MBT. She finds it a pleasure to work directly with our clients as well as everyone on the MBT team – which includes her brother-in-law Brian and her nephews Bryce and Josh. Debbie is a graduate of WSU and has been a part of the MBT team since 2004.

Except for a brief time spent in Incline Village, Nevada, Debbie has always lived in Washington. In her free time she enjoys hiking in the northwest, bicycle rides, attempts at gardening and listening to audio books.
